Cancellation Policy:
Mid / Low Season
25% Cancellation charges in case the bookings are cancelled/ postponed/ amended 1 month prior to check in date.
50% Cancellation charges in case the bookings are cancelled/ postponed/ amended 15 days prior to check in date.
No refunds if bookings are cancelled/ postponed/ amended within the last 15 .

Peak Season
No refunds after confirmation
Hotel Bala Paradise willl not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to bad weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances like bad health etc. and general cancellation policy would be applicable.
A credit note is issued If natural calmity led the resort to shut or the approach to the resort does not allow any guest to reach. Credit note is issued to you for the total amount of your package or a complete refund is made, the discretionary powers for which lies with the Hotel Bala Paradise management.

Extra Bed / Extra Person Rs. 500
Child Policy 5 to 12 years complimentary sharing same bed with parents

Mid Season: onwards 15 January/ February / March
Lean Season: Rest of the Year
